Since the fglrx driver which Ubuntu provides is fail for my ATI Radeon integrated HD3200 video, went to ATI's website and download the latest Catalyst driver. (This fixed window transparency)
New Problem:
Returning from screensaver, password box is not displayed.
Workaround:
Switch video modes (ctrl-alt-F1, then ctrl-alt-F7), then it works. Why??
